This season’s adult social event will be a trivia night with silent auctions, games and dancing.
Tickets – $20.00 ea.
There is a limit of 20 tables – 200 patrons, so please purchase your tickets early to assist us and to secure your place on a table.
We would like to encourage each team to put together a table (or two) or join a mixed team table of parents and friends with the purpose of spending some social time together, having fun and raising some money to support our football club in meeting its expenses while keeping our registration fees low.
What – Adult Trivia Night & Fund Raiser
When – 7.30pm to Midnight Saturday 25th June
Where – Harbord Bowling Club (Next door to Weldon Oval)
Dress code – Each table is to select a theme and dress accordingly.
Table Captain – Each table is to nominate a table captain. A table motivator & go to person.
Table set up – Each team will have access to the venue between 5-6pm on the night to decorate their table in accordance with their theme.
Food – JC’s Pizza & Pasta is available in the club for purchase from 3.00pm to 9.00pm. If you can organise it, I would advise to pre order for your table.
Drinks – are available for purchase from the bar. Members of the Bowling Club receive a 10% discount when they swipe their card. Bowling Club Membership is $12 and cards can be issued on application during week day Business hours or issued next working day if applied for after 5pm.
Tickets will be sold at the club house on training nights and game days, by the table to a group or team or individually for a place on a team or mixed table.

Silent Auction & Raffles Items Wanted!
We will be conducting Silent auctions and raffles at the Social Event and at other times during the season to raise funds to meet club expenses. These fund raisers assist us in keeping the registration fees low to enable more kids to play our sport at the Manly Bombers Club.
We ask that every parent donate an Item or a Service/ Gift Voucher or something to the club that we can add to our silent auction or add to a Hamper or Raffle.
If you run a business, please consider donating some product or a service/ gift voucher.
If you are a regular customer of a business, please consider asking the business to donate product or a gift / service voucher to the cause.
If you have acquired a gift vouchers or a new item that you will not use, please consider donating it to this cause.
You may have some sporting memorabilia that has lost its place of honor in your home, but could be of value to others and this cause.
Beer, Wine & Spirits – Please consider donating a bottle, box or case to the cause
as these make great raffle and silent action items. ·
Big ticket Items – We do not yet have that big ticket item to attract funds from outside the club and you may be able to supply this.
You can bring Items to the club house on any training night or game day and leave them with a committee member or the Ground Manager.
