2016 Annual General Meeting Manly Bombers JAFC

The administration, operation and management of the Club shall be under the control
of the General Committee which shall consist of the following positions:
All positions will be declared vacant at the AGM.

President
Secretary
Registrar
Vice President – Treasurer
Vice President – Football Operations
Vice President – Coaching
Vice President – Auskick
Other positions, as required

The election of office bearers at the annual general meeting for positions on the General Committee will be by ballot if necessary.
All candidates for such election must be members and be proposed and seconded by other members.
Members whose written nominations are lodged with the Secretary prior to the Annual General Meeting shall fill any vacant positions, but if not so filled then nominations may be called for from the floor of the Annual General Meeting.
The newly elected members of the General Committee shall take office immediately upon election.
The election of sub-committee representatives shall be in such manner as the General Committee determines.
